Refurbishment of the office building at Piazza Fidia 1 in Milan, aimed at bringing the property up to the functional and performance standards of the contemporary office market. The project covered construction and MEP works, the refurbishment of common areas and the reorganisation of interior spaces, with a focus on space flexibility and execution quality.

Within the same building, the fit-out works for the Satispay offices were also carried out, configuring the workspace in line with the tenant's operational requirements. This included interior finishes, fit-out and coordination of the various works, ensuring integration with the building refurbishment.

Overall project management required detailed phase planning and close coordination of activities, ensuring timelines, costs and functional requirements were met within a well-established urban setting.
