We manage the production, procurement, logistics and installation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment through highly qualified partners, as an integrated component of overall project delivery. Our role is to eliminate coordination gaps between construction and supply packages, which in complex projects are among the main causes of programme slippage.
What we manage
FF&E supplier selection and qualification, development of shop drawings and coordinated construction drawings, samples and furniture engineering, order management and delivery tracking, planning and coordination of on-site installation, punch lists and final testing, integration with the overall construction programme.
Our value
An FF&E process integrated into the construction site rather than running in parallel. We coordinate site drawings and suppliers’ shop drawings using the same method applied to the building works – ensuring a complete, consistent handover with no outstanding items.
