Full refurbishment of the Hotel Palazzo Montebello, a historic building in central Florence. Activities covered the complete upgrade of the hospitality property, including guest rooms, common areas and service spaces, with renewal of construction works, interior finishes and building systems, bringing the hotel up to the functional and performance standards required by today's hospitality market.

The project was carried out within a constrained historic setting, requiring careful phase management, coordination of contractors and suppliers, and close control of interferences between construction, MEP and fit-out works. Particular attention was paid to integrating new technical solutions and bespoke finishes in keeping with the existing architectural elements, as well as planning site activities around the logistical constraints of the city centre.
