Fit-out and full refurbishment of the Casa Cipriani Hotel & SPA on Via Palestro, Milan, within the prestigious Palazzo Bernasconi, an early-20th-century historic building of great architectural value. The transformation delivered a luxury hospitality property comprising guest rooms, common areas, dining facilities and an approximately 1,000 sqm SPA with wellness, beauty and fitness zones.

The project included major structural and refurbishment works, including the restoration of the historic facades with structural consolidation, internal reconfiguration of floor levels and complete systems integration, together with the management and installation of high-end fit-out and FF&E. Particular attention was paid to premium materials, functional performance and execution quality, in line with the standards expected of a luxury hotel. The project was carried out within a constrained urban and architectural setting, requiring careful site phasing, close control of operational interferences and specialist coordination among multiple professionals and suppliers to ensure timelines, costs and quality.
