The project was carried out within a heavily constrained historic setting, with significant operational complexity linked to planning restrictions, limited access and site logistics in an area of very high tourist density. Project management required careful phasing and close coordination of activities to ensure timelines and the required quality standards were met.
Works included structural, construction and MEP activities, together with full management of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) activities, covering procurement, supply coordination, installation and integration of furniture, special elements and operational fittings. Particular attention was paid to the execution quality of premium finishes and the integration of artistic and decorative elements called for by the concept, ensuring consistency between design and delivery.
