Full refurbishment of the building at Via Manzoni 9, in the heart of Milan, followed by the fit-out of the Molteni spaces. The project involved a historic building on one of the city's most prestigious and busiest streets, subject to particularly stringent urban and logistical constraints.

Works spanned around two years and included Building Core and Shell & Core activities followed by a fit-out phase, requiring extremely detailed planning and close management of interferences. Site operations were carried out in a complex urban setting, with limited access, restricted space and narrow time windows for moving materials.

The project transformed the building into a contemporary, functional environment while preserving its original architectural value and adapting it to the needs of the tenant, now Molteni & C - a significant example of managing highly complex projects within a historic urban setting.
