Full refurbishment of the building at Via Bernina 12, previously used as offices for the Municipality of Milan, in the Dergano / Scalo Farini area. The project involved the complete transformation of the property into a modern office building, delivering Category A offices and achieving LEED Gold certification.

Activities included a complete facade renewal, structural strengthening works, upgrading of construction and MEP works, and redevelopment of the external areas, together with the creation of a new reception and functional reorganisation of the office spaces. Particular attention was paid to integrating the technical solutions required to meet the environmental and performance standards demanded by the certification.

The project, carried out on a large existing building within a well-established urban context, required structured phase management and close coordination of the works, ensuring control of interferences and compliance with the project's technical, regulatory and quality requirements.
