Redevelopment and conversion of a former office building (formerly a Telecom headquarters) in the Bolognina district of Bologna, delivered to host The Student Hotel (TSH), an internationally recognised hybrid hospitality concept. The project involved a change of use and the expansion of the existing volume through the addition of a floor, creating a complex of approximately 26,000 sqm for hospitality use with over 360 rooms, common areas, socialising spaces, coworking, restaurant and integrated services.

The project delivered urban regeneration on a significant scale, preserving the building's original volume while integrating a new upper storey with distinctive finishes and design details, as well as transforming the internal courtyard into a gathering space with a pool, restaurant area and zones dedicated to work, study and relaxation.

Activities included the coordinated management of the execution phases, including structural and expansion works, highly complex construction, MEP and finishing works, together with the reconfiguration of interior spaces for hybrid functions (hospitality, coworking and services). The project required careful site-sequence planning and close coordination of works within an established urban setting, with particular attention to operational interferences and overall execution quality.
