Delivery of the EuroHive office building at Via Ribotta 35 in Rome, developed as a flexible office hub geared towards the needs of the landlord and future tenants. The project, conceived as an adaptable, contemporary workspace, was delivered with particular attention to sustainability and occupant wellbeing.

Activities covered integrated management of the execution phases, coordination of the works and implementation of the technical requirements needed to achieve high building performance standards. Particular attention was paid to integrating construction and MEP solutions aimed at achieving WELL Gold certification, obtained on completion of the project.

The project required structured planning of site activities and close control of operational interfaces, ensuring execution quality, timeline compliance and consistency with the project's functional and environmental objectives. EuroHive is today a new-generation office building, designed to host businesses and international tenants.
