Ground-up delivery of the new Dior logistics and corporate centre in Padua. The project involved constructing an integrated complex combining logistics functions and office space, developed to high functional, performance and aesthetic standards in line with the requirements of an international luxury brand.

Activities included reinforced-concrete structural works, construction and MEP works, and the integration of the fittings required for logistics and corporate operations. The building features a system of pre-cast, through-coloured concrete facade panels alongside bespoke glazed facades, designed to ensure architectural quality, durability and environmental performance control.

The complexity of the project required structured phase management and close coordination between the various disciplines involved, ensuring control of timelines, costs and quality, and the delivery of a facility fully meeting the client's operational and representational standards.
