Delivery of the David Lloyd Club in Modena involved a complete fit-out of a facility dedicated to fitness, wellness and recreational services, developed in line with the operating and functional standards of the international brand.

The project included the construction and MEP works required to create sports areas, relaxation zones and complementary services, with particular focus on plant performance, acoustic comfort, and the manageability and durability of the solutions adopted. Particular attention was paid to integrating specialist equipment and to finish quality, consistent with the club's functional and technological identity.

Delivery took place in an urban setting with challenging accessibility and logistics, requiring detailed executive design, rigorous site phasing and close coordination between the various disciplines and suppliers, in order to meet the client's timeline and quality objectives.
