Delivery of the office fit-out for British American Tobacco Italia on floors 7 and 8 of the EuroHive building in Rome, within a modern, WELL Gold-certified complex.

The project included interior and finishing works aimed at creating flexible operational areas, collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, private offices and breakout areas, reflecting the client's functional and qualitative requirements. A significant part of the project involved supplying and installing custom-made furniture and elements integrated with sustainable finishes.

Activities were carried out in a highly technical context with demanding timelines, requiring close monitoring of execution phases, close cooperation with the design team, and detailed coordination between contractors and suppliers, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and delivery against agreed objectives.
