As part of the wider renovation of the Hotel Excelsior on the Lungarno in Florence, Constructors delivered Cosimo Restaurant - SESTO Rooftop, a venue with strong visual and functional impact and a panoramic view over the city.

The project involved transforming the spaces on the sixth floor of the building, with particular attention to high-end finishes, premium materials and sophisticated architectural details consistent with the restaurant's new identity. The result is a functional, contemporary space designed to deliver a quality dining experience within a historic, high-value urban setting.
