Fit-out of the Rome headquarters of AbbVie, an international biopharmaceutical company, at Via dell’Arte 25, within a LEED Platinum certified building. The works covered part of the second floor and the entire third and fourth floors, and were carried out in phases to keep the offices fully operational throughout construction.
On the second floor, a dedicated wellbeing hub brings together a fitness area, a mindfulness room, a health & prevention area and new changing rooms. Constructors managed the entire project as General Contractor, overseeing civil works, MEP systems and the coordination of third-party suppliers.
