Delivery, as General Contractor, of the fit-out of Tower C on Viale Giulio Richard in Milan for WPP Italia, within the wider WPP Campus in the San Cristoforo district (the former Richard Ginori factory, redeveloped to a design by 967 Architects). The contract covered the full execution of construction and MEP works for the operational spaces, coordination of specialist contractors and suppliers, and delivery of interior finishes in line with the Campus's sustainability and energy-efficiency standards, powered by renewable sources. Site management required precise phase planning and control of operational interferences within a large-scale urban regeneration context.
